Understand the Scope
We review the surfaces involved, discuss access and scheduling, and arrange a site walk where needed.
Prepare for Occupied-Building Work
We coordinate building rules and access requirements before starting. Masking, controlled work zones, ventilation, odor control and containment are planned for the project.
Confirm the Handover
We coordinate return-to-service planning with facilities, housekeeping or property teams, based on the work and product requirements.
Documentation Without the Runaround
General liability and workers’ compensation documentation, certificates of insurance and W-9s are available on request.
We also support vendor onboarding with written scopes, site walks and sample units for larger programs.
A One-Year Warranty With Proper Maintenance
Restoration work is backed by a one-year warranty, subject to the scope, substrate condition and care requirements of each project.
For properties planning ongoing upkeep, annual maintenance programs can include cleaning, grout sealing, caulking, spot repairs and condition reviews.
